On Wednesday, August 26, 2026, as part of the 2026 Department of the Air Force Information Technology and Cyberpower Conference (DAFITC), Montgomery TechLab, in partnership with SAF/CN, will host an impactful ROTC Mentorship Session connecting high school and college cadets with senior military leaders and top civilian leaders from across the Department of the Air Force.
This engaging experience will provide cadets with direct access to active and retired officers, government civilians, and defense leaders representing a wide range of career fields including cyber, intelligence, space, logistics, technology, and innovation. Through a moderated leadership panel and interactive small-group mentoring sessions, cadets will gain valuable insight into ROTC, commissioning, leadership development, and career pathways within the Air and Space Forces.
Designed to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders, the session will create opportunities for authentic conversations, meaningful mentorship, and professional growth while reinforcing the importance of service, innovation, and workforce development in today’s evolving defense environment.
