Montgomery TechLab hosted its 2026 Executive Leadership Luncheon on Tuesday, Aug. 25, at the Ravello Ballroom, bringing together more than 120 senior leaders from defense, technology, government, academia, industry and the community as part of DAFITC 2026 (the Department of the Air Force Information Technology and Cyberpower Conference).
This year’s program, themed “CONVERGE: Where Mission, Innovation, and Community Meet,” featured opening remarks from Ashley Devoto, CIO of the U.S. Air and Space Force, followed by a moderated panel discussion led by Dr. Dionne Rosser-Mims, Vice Chancellor of Troy University Montgomery.
“Our ability to compete, innovate, and lead will increasingly depend upon how well we converge and bring together mission requirements with emerging technologies, government with industry, education with workforce needs, and national priorities with the communities and people who make those missions possible,” said Charisse Stokes, Executive Director of Montgomery TechLab, in her welcome remarks.
