The Montgomery TechLab hosted a Tech Talk on Wednesday, June 5th highlighting the core principles and details of DevSecOps within an Air Force Innovation Software Factory. Speakers and BESPIN leaders, Edward Blackburne and Patrick Weaver dove into the importance of centralized security assurance and compliance, allowing discussions on ensuring protection in every stage of development. Additionally, participants engaged in lessons about the benefits of centralized pipelines for expediting application development. Through informative discussions on the flexibility of automated delivery, participants gained an understanding of its role in workflow, discovery and its ability to maximize efficiency. Closing the event, speakers provided insights on how the consistency of cloud operations provides a platform for teams to thrive in complex situations.
